Start Line / Aid Stations
Small number of runners – no wave start. Toilet facilities adequate. Aid stations water in bottles and energy drinks in paper cups. Bananas and oranges towards end. Energy gels second half.
Medal/Tshirt/Goody Bag
Tech t-shirt, unisex. Good quality medal, string bag.
Accommodation
Crowne Plaza 3k from race start/finish. Other hotels further away. Parking at start relatively easy.

Usual chain restaurants in old port.
Comments
Well organised marathon with 10K and half going in opposite direction so not crowded. Pasta party Saturday evening with traditional dancing and post-race party with live music 8pm-12 pm Sunday. Extremely chaotic Corporate 5K on Saturday morning. 10,000 + runners/walkers.
